Yes, there are things that we can do for ourselves as children and as adults to help ourselves feel more at ease even when there is a lot of pressure around or within us.

Here are a few things that we have found to be of help.

  • Children's Treasure Chest:  A self help guide for children from ages 3 and older. This is for children to enjoy alone and or with someone else, young or old. There are rhymes for children and short instructions for the adults.  Have a good time
  • Resources: Look and see what and how to take advantage of your resources.
  • Resource Gallery: Resources that participants of our workshops have found to be helpful, and others just for the fun of it.
    And yes, we invite you to send us a picture of your resource! The more the merrier!!
