Our Therapeutic Staff and Professional Volunteers
Our staff is composed of dedicated senior mental health professionals who desire to contribute to society and meet a need not being filled by others. Together they form a container for themselves and others to reach new levels of resilience.

Our volunteers
Our volunteers who come from all walks of life and places in the world -- Israel, Russia America, South Africa, Zimbabwe, the UK and more -- link together as C&L develops.
- Orit Lerner, a student at the Technion, assists us as a research assistant.
- Risa Silverman, has given us nights and days as well as her whole heart as she helps with the administrative and public relations and fundraising of our organization.
- Yaffa Edri exemplifies Eretz Ysroel Hayaffa. Everytime that one walks into her office she has a smile on her face. She has volunteered her expertise as a tax consultant and bookkeeper during the last couple of years. Her contribution to us is valuable beyond words.
- Naama Kadosh with a young family has volunteered her talents and artistic abilities, adding polish and warmth to our advertising in Sderot and in Croatia.
- Yaron Shane a talented and patient movie producer originally from Beersheva and living in Efrat has brought the message of Connections & Links to many around the world.
- Professor Zeev Silverman continues to be a source of creativity in so many areas as well as a professional editor and artist and a well of positive energy and support as we attempt to raise the funds necessary to continue the activities of Connections & Links ~ From Trauma to Resilience.
- Mark Spanglet, a retired English teacher, is the warm and supportive all in one volunteer. Always ready to acknowledge the contributions of our volunteers and staff and to help in any way possible to make the organization of our endeavors flow with ease.
- Sandy Bloom recently joined our force of volunteers as she translates and assists us to arrive at the just right word so that all will be able to understand and benefit from our materials. She initiated our newly forming translators pool of volunteers.
- Elad and Sari Kalimi, the parents of four children living in Sderot, have volunteered to assist us in Sderot as they open their home to our therapists and assist in the details of running the Sderot Women: Avenues of Resilience Project.
- There are many great children such as Naama, Hillel, Liora, Yair, Rachel, Adi, and Lial who have volunteered with their parents' consent to share the treasures of the body as we took their pictures for this site to find together the precious gifts of resilience and share them with you all.
- Aviva Rosensweig, an English teacher, librarian, and all-around techie, who put together this website.
